Hello world!

To start I figure I should introduce myself. My name is Tara and I am a mom of 5 kids under the age of 6. I was born and raised in Cleveland, OH moved to Chicago, IL where I spent the majority of my early “adult” life. We moved to the ‘burbs while pregnant with our first, and had our second there as well. Before my son (#2) turned one we decided to move to Colorado where we lived for a little under 4 years. With 3 kids under 5 we found out we were pregnant with twins the same day my husband accepted a new opportunity in Southern California. Which brings us to now… 5 kids, a dog, and my husband and I living in SoCal. We have had quite the journey to get here, but here we are. I am going to tackle some of those obstacles in this blog. We went through fertility with our first 2 kids and then no fertility with the last 3. So there is another topic I can cover which after 9 rounds of IVF, FET, ABC… (jk that last one I made up) I could write a book. Also, twins- that was new. So, I can cover that topic as well. And then there is the midwest girl living in a SoCal world. (see what I did there….haha). Lots of stuff to talk about. Most importantly, I would like to hear from you-the community of people interested. What do you want to hear about? I feel that I am able to provide a safe space to discuss all the things. I am not an expert, but I have experienced a lot of stuff in the past 8 for so years. So ask away!
